HOW TO USE: A) Basic putu mayyam recipe: + 2 cups water + 1 tsp salt + 1 tbsp corn oil (dab to avoid dough sticking on leaves) + 2 cups rice flour + banana leaves + Fine brown sugar OR palm sugar + white coconut (grated) mixed with 1 pinch of salt 1.
