This a stunning hand crafted mould! This could be used for glutinous rice flour cake or other oriental pastry. It is made from dense high quality wood. Its tight grain surface allows them to quickly dry after washing and will not harbour germs like more porous wood moulds and utensils. How to use this wooden mould for cookie / shortbread?
1. Freeze cookie dough in fridge for 40 mins and devide the dough into 50g each.
2. Dust the mold heavily with flour before the first use; dust lightly before each additional molding. Remember to shake off excess four.
3. Roll out dough and proceed with molding.
