FEATURES AND BENEFITS:
Cookie mould is made from NYLON so this cookie mold will NOT absorb oil or discolor. Scrub them after use in a dish pan of hot, soapy water, or put them in a dish washer. They'll come out looking brand new again!
Cookie mould has high gloss, non stick, non porous finish imprint. A glossy instead of matt finish enhances non-stick property of this product; plus it's very easy to clean compared to wooden and ceramic type cookie moulds.

HOW TO USE THIS COOKIE MOULD FOR:
A) WESTERN COOKIES & SHORTBREADS
1. Freeze cookie dough in fridge for 40 mins and devide dough into 50g each.
2. Dust the mold heavily with flour before the first use; dust lightly before each additional molding. Remember to shake off excess four.
3. Roll out dough and proceed with molding.
B) RECIPE: for Eid cookies (Maamoul) / وصفة معمول العيد
+ 0.5 kg coarse semolina
+ 0.5 kg fine semolina
+ 2 tbs granulated sugar
+ ¼ teaspoon mahlab powder (OR anise powder or cardamom powder)
+ ½ cup gee / ghee
+ 250g unsalted butter
+ ¼ cup orange blossom water
+ ¼ cup rose water
+ 1 tsp instant yeast
+ ¼ cup warm water
+ Milk if needed (add milk & mix well if dough becomes dry, milk holds dry semolina together; also helps to shape cookies inside mold)
+ 0.5 kg dates paste
+ 1 tbs vegetable oil
Pistachios Mamoul or walnuts Mamoul:
+ 150g crushed pistachios/ or crushed walnuts
+ 4 tbs powder sugar
+ 2 tbs orange blossom water
+ 1 tsp cinnamon powder (for walnuts)
