Heritage Acuan Kuih Dangai Aluminum Mould Kuih Dangai is also known as kuih rangin. It is known differently in different parts of Malaysia. Originated from the Northern part of Malaysia, Kuih Dangai is said to be from Penang. RECIPE 1 kg of glutinous rice flour 2 coconut (grated) 1 cup of brown sugar 1 cup of sugar Some water Salt PROCEDURES Firstly, mix the grated coconut with the glutinous flour, brown sugar and salt. Sprinkle some water on the mixture and put it aside for 20 minutes. Then, fill half of the dangai mould with the mixture. Sprinkle some sugar on it before adding the other half of the mixture. Finally, bake the mixture for 10 minutes. Mould size: 21cm x 24cm X 4cm Made from aluminum
