Compared to ordinary sponge cake, this tastes more fragrant. Cooking method is similar to baking cupcakes (but steamed). Pumpkin adds natural vibrant yellow - thick coconut milk adds a rich flavor and texture.
Compared with the baked muffin , cooking method gives a softer and lighter texture. These delicious cups are suitable for breakfast, dessert or snack food. Enjoy !
+ 100 g flour ( sifted )
+ 2 tablespoons instant yeast
+ 200 ml of warm water
+ 700 g bread flour
+ 50 g tapioca flour
+ 2 teaspoons baking powder double effect
+ 4 eggs
+ 500 grams of sugar
+ 300 ml thick coconut milk
+ 1 kg pumpkin ( puree )
