Traditional Fondant Striped Pattern Pineapple Tart Rolling Pin
This is a durable nylon rolling pin with striped / ripped edge design. Length 23 cm and height 2.9 cm.
HOW TO USE THIS ROLLING PIN?
Roll out dough to 5mm thick using grooving to get a stripped pattern (roll dough again to get a checked pattern or other desired pattern).
Cut dough into 3 X 6 cm length then put some jam & roll it up to bake.
(For the pineapple jam:)
+ 4 cups pineapple (shredded)
+ 2 & 1/2 cups sugar
+ 1 cinnamon stick
+ 1 star anise
+ 3 cloves
+ 2 Tbsp lemon juice
(For the cookie:)
+ 4 cups all purpose / plain flour
+ 1 tsp salt
+ 2 & 1/4 sticks butter 250g total (chilled)
+ 2 eggs
+ 4 Tbsp cold water
