Eid Traditional Kuih Semperit Kue Pineapple Tart Roll Acuan nastar
Suitable for making traditional tart rolls and Semperit cookies. Easy to use and clean.
1. Add to mixing bowl 250g butter, 95g icing sugar, 1 large egg yolk, 1 tbsp orange rind (grated), 1/4 tbsp salt
a) blend together with hand mixer
b) add 1 tsp of orange paste
c) add flour mix then refrigerate (30 min)
d) fold mixture together by hand
2. Line parchment paper on baking sheet
a) pre-heat oven to 150C / 302F
3. Pipe dough onto sheet in 'U' shapes
b) green sprinkles on top of the dough
3. Bake (20 min) at 150C
a) allow to cool on rack then serve fresh off the oven!
